防水透湿性に優れるソフト・タイベック生地を使用したヴィヴィ。
シュラフカバーとしてだけでなく、単体のテントとしての使用も可能です。
ヴィヴィ本体への出入りのし易さを考慮し、大型のジッパー（非防水）を採用。
ジッパーは2重構造になっており、タイベックとメッシュをそれぞれ独立して開閉することができます。
メッシュ使用時は外部からの虫の侵入を防ぎつつ、十分なベンチレーションエリアの確保によって外からの空気を取り込み、暑い夜でもヴィヴィ内部の蒸れを防ぎます。
テント単体での積極的な使用を想定して、頂点部分の2ヵ所にはバンジーコードを標準で取り付けているため、これらを立ち木やトレッキングポールに固定することで、ヴィヴィ内部の空間を広げることができます。
バンジーコード使用時は、ヴィヴィ内部で横になった状態でもスマートフォンを操作したり、本を読む程度の内部空間を作ることが可能です。
生地にストレスがかかりやすい、ペグダウン箇所にあたる底面四隅とバンジーコード接続部の2ヵ所には、ダイニーマ生地による補強を行っています。
テント単体での使用はもちろん、フロアレスのシェルターとあわせて使うこともお勧めです。

The large entry indeed makes getting in & out of the bivy super easy. Really like it a lot.
Plus, the bivy is spacious enough to place a closed-cell foam pad, whereas the other bivy is sometimes too tight if you do that.
I could move around freely when I was inside the bivy with the pad installed.
I did the same with an air mattress (Sea to Summit Ultralight Insulated Air Sleeping Pad, 2 in / 5 cm thickness), and it was still very spacious inside.
Recommend this bivy to anyone looking for an ultralight yet versatile solution.
